The 2015 Lakes of Coppell Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 25th, 2015 at 7pm at the Coppell Cozby Public Library.

At this year's annual meeting, we will be voting to elect three (3) members to the Board of Directors; each for a term of two (2) years, to appoint three (3) members to the Architectural Review Committee; each for a term of one (1) year, to conduct the business of the association, and to present the 2013 annual reports.

Please complete the yellow Proxy/Ballot to vote for the Board of Directors and the pink Proxy/Ballot to appoint the Architectural Review Committee. We ask that you return your proxy and ballot by March 24, 2015.

Win Your Annual Assessment!!!  Return the proxy/ballot(s) by the annual meeting date of March 25th, and if your proxy/ballot is drawn as the winner, your 2015 Annual Assessment will be REFUNDED to you!!!  In addition, if you attend the annual meeting, you will be eligible to win one of four visa gift cards.  *Winning home owner account must be in good standing with the LOC HOA.

Check-in will begin at 6:30pm.  With the number of homeowners in the Association, it is suggested that you come early so that the meeting may begin promptly at 7:00pm.
